We let "Cathy" our
carver have fun here. We feel she did this with a great deal of
respect to the Indian culture showing her incredible ability to envision
what they might have done in that era.
This holster was
designed for Cowboy action shooter Quick Cal and has been nick named the
Quick Cowboy. Cal Elrich is one of the greatest shooters of all times and
holds world speed records in the sport of Fast Draw and as well is a 14 time
world fast draw champion (also the current 2005 World champion). Cal
then went over to Cowboy Action and is one of the leading competitors in
that sport as well with numerous championships under his belt there.
Combining his knowledge in Fast Draw with his knowledge in SASS he is now
shooting in the new sport of Cowboy Fast Draw. Attending his first
contest in Meridian ID last year (which was the US nationals), he won that
contest hands down losing only one round in the whole contest, almost
unheard of in any sport. This holster is a marriage between Fast Draw
and Cowboy Action keeping speed and accuracy at the forefront. |
